How will my order be shipped?

All items are shipped via the Royal Mail tracked service.

Standard Shipping UK: £3.99 2 - 5 working days.

Europe: 3 - 5 working days.
Worldwide: 6 - 7 working days.

Please note: Customers are responsible for any/all Duty and Customs fees.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12pm GMT typically ship same day.

Orders placed after the cut off time will typically ship the next working day.

NOTE: Please allow 2-4 extra days for order processing for any orders placed during weekends, special promotions and holidays due to increased order volume.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package online.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We start processing orders immediately, so in most cases we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed.
