Returns
All products purchased online may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund on the product. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, with original tags still attached, and with original packaging.

SALE items are non-refundable.

Please note - if you return your item and the above conditions are not met, we will be unable to offer you a full refund.

Reason for refund

Please allow 3-5 working days for us to process your return, if the return passes inspection we will issue the refund to the account you made the original payment through. Payment can take up to 10 working days.

If your refund is delayed, please contact your bank for more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.

Please note - shipping is non-refundable.

Exchanges
We understand that sometimes the fit isn't right, so we're happy to offer exchanges for items within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, with original tags still attached, and with original packaging.

You can exchange your item for any size or item (permitted it’s in stock) and we send them back to you at no extra charge.

Please allow 3-5 working days for us to process your exchange, plus the delivery time to your area.

Please note - shipping costs are not covered by INMYJERSEY when sent back.

In the case that your replacement is less expensive than the original, we’ll make sure the difference is refunded back to your original payment method.
